The Partnership Trust consulted the public on its plans to become an NHS Foundation Trust between April and July 2007. The

document set out the benefits of becoming an NHS Foundation Trust and the role that service users, carers, staff and people in the community can play by becoming members of the NHS Foundation Trust; helping to shape the future of mental health and learning disability services in Somerset.
